Sanitary Manhole Infiltration Repair Program – Supply and Installation – Request for Proposals

The City of Fernie requires repairs to eleven (11) sanitary manholes throughout the city during the 2026 construction season. The objective of this RFP is to ensure that the works are completed efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with City standards throughout the contract term.

The City is seeking proposals from qualified professional contractor (the “Proponent”) for the supply and installation of AV-278 Flexible Grout and AV-275 Hydrophilic Grout or approved equivalent hydrophilic foam grout/foam soil grout to repair the designated sanitary manholes. The recommended manhole sealing product needs to function in dry and wet conditions.
