The City of Fernie is seeking Expressions of Interest for approximately 1,650 sq. ft. of main floor office space within the historic Fernie Courthouse, located at 401 4th Avenue in downtown Fernie.

This unique heritage building offers centrally located office opportunities suitable for professional services, administrative users, consulting businesses, agencies, and community organizations.

Available Space

A range of individual office spaces is available, which may be leased individually or in combination depending on tenant requirements. Flexible configurations are possible.

Interested parties are encouraged to review the available layout and submit an Expression of Interest outlining their intended use and space requirements.

Lease Information
