Public Washroom Design/Build RFP

The City of Fernie is accepting proposals for Design-Build services for the construction of a public washroom. The purpose of the project is to design, and then construct, stand alone, public washrooms, intended for year round operation. Contractors submitting proposals shall submit with their proposal:  
1. A price for completing construction ready documents. 
2. A proposed design with adequate detail to determine if project deliverables will be achieved satisfactory to the City of Fernie.
3. A price for completion of the construction work, as detailed in the proposed design submitted by the contractor.
