Report Problem/Request Service

Welcome to the City's online report of a problem/request for service tool. Residents can use this online form to report non-emergency issues such as broken street lights, graffiti or problems in our parks.

Submissions are reviewed daily during regular business hours. Residents are encouraged to check in after 7 business days to see the status of the request. (Weekdays, 8am – 4pm, excluding holidays)  IMPORTANT NOTE: This service is not intended for emergencies.
