Bylaw Services investigates bylaw violations on a complaint basis. Be sure to provide your full name and phone number so we can contact you if we have questions. Anonymous complaints will not be investigated.
Complainant information is considered confidential and will not be released to the person under complaint or the public, unless an order has been made by the Provincial Freedom of Information Comissioner or a court of competent jurisdiction.
Provide accurate and detailed information about the reported violation including:
- Date and time you observed the violation
- Any other information you think would be helpful to our investigation
