2023 Utility Bill Discount

The City of Fernie is offering a 5% discount to residents who pay the FULL YEAR of utilities by February 28, 2023.
2023 Water/Sewer/Garbage Rates
➡️ Single Family Residences paying the full year by the deadline reduce their annual cost from $971.76 to $923.17, saving $48.59.
➡️ Houses with Suites paying the full year by the deadline reduce their annual cost from $1,292.28 to $1,227.67, saving $64.61.
➡️ Apartments or Strata Units (no garbage/recycling) paying the full year by the deadline reduce their annual cost from $800.64 to $760.61, saving $40.03.

Payments can be made by mail, at City Hall, and through online banking at most financial institutions.
