2026 Property Tax Notices

Emergency Water Shutoff in the Annex
May 28, 2026City crews are responding to a water main leak in the Annex. An emergency water shutoff is in effect while repairs are underway. -
City Hall Closed June 1 for Front Steps Repairs

Spring Freshet Preparation
May 21, 2026The City of Fernie forms a Flood Response Committee each spring during freshet, when water levels in our rivers and streams rise due to spring run-off. The Committee ensures we are monitoring river levels and forecasts, and that we are prepared to activate our Flood Response Plan.
