Notice of Informal Public Hearing February 10

Pursuant to Section 499 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that Council for the City of Fernie will consider Development Variance Permit No. 455 at the regular meeting to be held on MONDAY, February 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 501-3rd Avenue, Fernie BC.
This is the second Informal Hearing for Development Variance Permit No. 455. Council will recieve new information from the applicant regarding the impacts of the proposed signage lighting on neighbouring residents.
