    The City of Fernie wants to hear from you regarding a proposed Official Community Plan (OCP) amendment. We have received an application to develop a distillery in the Highway Corridor. To move forward with the process of applying for a text amendment to the Zoning Bylaw to allow a distillery as a permitted use, the Official Community Plan, Section 9-B.2.5, that prohibits light industrial uses in the Highway Corridor, must be amended.
