Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing has been scheduled for MONDAY, JANUARY 14, 2019 at 7:00PM in Council Chambers at Fernie City Hall, located at 501 – 3rd Avenue, Fernie BC so that Council may hear representations from persons who believe their interest in property is affected by a proposed amendment to Zoning Bylaw No. 1750.

Public notice is hereby given that Council for the City of Fernie will consider Development Variance Permit No. 431 and No. 434

PURPOSE: To vary City of Fernie Zoning Bylaw No. 1750, rear-yard setback as set out in section 4.2.2.4 and eave projection as set out in Section 3.8.4(b) of Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 to allow for the construction of a secondary detached dwelling unit.

LOCATION: 1461 - 8th Avenue
