Notice of Lease Agreement - Tourism Fernie

Notice is given that the Council of the City of Fernie intends to enter into a lease agreement with the Tourism Fernie Society for a portion of the Visitor Information Centre at 102 Commerce Road, in the City of Fernie, BC, for the purpose of providing Visitor Information Services and continued occupancy by the Tourism Fernie Society and Chamber of Commerce. The lease is proposed to be established on the following terms

Additional consideration to be received by the City is a proportional share of the cost of utilities for the leased and any sublet space.
