Notice is given that the Council of the City of Fernie intends to enter into a lease agreement with Fernie Outdoor Rinks Society (FORS) for a portion of the Aquatic Centre grounds at 250 Pine Avenue, Fernie, BC, for the purpose of establishing and operating a multi-purpose pad for year-round recreation. The lease is proposed to be established on the following terms:
