Notice of Disposition BC Hydro Statutory Right of Way for 1402 5th Avenue, Fernie, BC (“Fire Hall Lands”)

Notice is given that the Council of the City of Fernie (the “City”) intends to dispose of municipal land being a grant of a statutory right of way over a portion of the lands for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement and access to underground electrical and telecommunications infrastructure to BC Hydro and Power Authority and TELUS Communications Inc in accordance with s. 26 of the Community Charter.

The consideration to be received by the City is the provision of electrical and telecommunications servicing to the Fire Hall Lands. No monetary consideration will be received by the City.
