Pursuant to Section 499 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that Council for the City of Fernie will consider the issuance of Development Variance Permit No. DVP-637 at a Regular Meeting of Council on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Fernie Senior Citizens Drop In Centre located at 562 3rd Avenue, Fernie BC. Council meetings are available for all members of the public to attend or watch electronically via a Zoom webinar link posted to the City of Fernie website prior to each meeting. INSPECTION OF DOCUMENTS:
A copy of the proposed development variance permit and other relevant documents are available below and may be viewed in person at City Hall, located at 501 3rd Avenue, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Public participation will be accepted through written submission and must be submitted before 2:00 p.m. on the day of the Council Meeting where the DVP will be considered by any of the following formats:
