City Supports Fernie Legion's 100th Anniversary Block Party

The City is happy to be providing in-kind support for the Royal Canadian Legion – Fernie Branch 100th Anniversary Block Party. A Legion-themed crosswalk is painted downtown to commemorate the event, and the Royal Canadian Legion flag is flying at City Hall from August 24 to September 13.

Location: Royal Canadian Legion Branch #36 – Fernie, 551 1st Ave and Station Square
Please note the following roads will be closed to vehicle traffic, starting at 8:00 a.m. until midnight:
1st Avenue from the Arts Station to 5th Street
6th Street from 1st Avenue to 2nd Avenue.
