Winter Parking Reminders

To help facilitate effective snow clearing Winter Parking Regulations are in effect each year from November 1 - April 15. These restrictions allow City plows to clear snow back to the boulevards on alternating days, reducing the number of windrows created. You can help our snow clearing crews by parking off street when possible and following all posted signage when parking on the street. If there is no posted parking signage, vehicles must be parked according to the Alternating Parking Schedule.

 During the winter season, vehicles cannot park on the:

  • South or East side of roads between 4:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or Sunday.
  • North or West side of roads between 4:00 AM and 4:00 PMon Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday.

Please do not shovel or blow snow onto already plowed streets and always maintain a safe distance from operators and equipment.

Any vehicle parked contrary to the regulation or posted signage is subject to ticketing or towing and vehicle impoundment.
