Permit Timelines

We've updated our website to include the status of Building Permit Applications. You can see the number of Building Permit Applications in the queue and which applications are currently being reviewed by Building Officials. We will continue to update this page weekly.
 
Please note the information provided serves only as an estimation of current permit processing times. Permit application timelines may vary due to several factors including, but not limited to:
  • The complexity and completeness of other applications in the queue,
  • The volumes of inspection requests for permitted work,
  • The time it takes to respond to inquiries,
  • The volume of work relating to stop work orders and do not occupy notices, 
  • The volume of work relating to business license referrals, liquor license referrals, and change of occupancy requests.
