New Permit Tracking Software

The City of Fernie is excited to announce the launch of Cloudpermit, a new software designed to streamline the building and development permit process for builders, developers, businesses, and residents.

Once launched, users will be able to submit and track building permit applications online, providing flexibility to submit applications after hours, from any location with an internet connection. Later this year, we will introduce a second phase that will include development permits, making the entire development process more efficient and user-friendly.

We are offering an online public information session where you can learn how to use Cloudpermit for your building permit applications.
