Public Notice - Amendments to Council Procedure Bylaw

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 124 (3) of the Community Charter, that Council will consider adoption of Bylaw No. 2418, 2020, a bylaw to amend Council Procedure Bylaw No. 1956 at the December 14, 2020 Regular Council Meeting.

The proposed amendments will allow for all Council members, including the presiding member, to participate in meetings by electronic means and establish procedures in the instance that the communication link of the presiding member is lost.
