Notice of Public Hearing Bylaw 2406

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing has been scheduled for TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at the FERNIE COMMUNITY CENTRE located at 902 Highway 3, Fernie, BC so that Council may hear representations from persons who believe their interest in property is affected by a proposed amendment to Zoning Bylaw No. 1750. To comply with physical distancing requirements, Council meetings are held by electronic means as authorized by Ministerial Order No. M192. Inperson capacity is limited, and the public is encouraged to view meetings via the City’s livestream or archived recordings. Public participation in this Public Hearing will be conducted by written submission, and electronic & in-person means. COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place for all Council meetings, including physical distancing and in-person capacity limits.
