Notice of Development Variance Permit - Public Input

Pursuant to Section 499 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that Council for the City of Fernie will consider the issuance of Development Variance Permit No. DVP-475 at a Regular Meeting of Council on MONDAY, September 28, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the FERNIE COMMUNITY CENTRE located at 902 Highway 3, Fernie, BC.
The proposed permit is being considered for the purpose of constructing a small shed (accessory building) on the subject lot.
