Pursuant to Section 499 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that Council for the City of Fernie will consider the issuance of Development Variance Permit No. DVP-477 at a Regular Meeting of Council on MONDAY, October 26, 2020 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers.
