Development Variance Permit No. 469

Pursuant to Section 499 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that Council for the City of Fernie will consider the issuance of Development Variance Permit No. DVP-469 at a Regular Meeting of Council on MONDAY, August 10, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the FERNIE COMMUNITY CENTRE located at 902 Highway 3, Fernie, BC. To comply with physical distancing requirements, Council meetings are held by electronic means as authorized by Ministerial Order No. M192. In-person capacity is limited, and the public is encouraged to view meetings via the City’s livestream or archived recordings.
