Curbside Waste Collection Time Change

Please be advised that effective Tuesday, October 13, 2020 City of Fernie curbside waste collection will begin pick-up at 7:00 am. GFL collection trucks will maintain regular collection routes, however residents can expect waste to be collected an hour earlier than currently scheduled.
We remind residents that in accordance with Bylaw No. 1845, waste and recycling must be stored indoors until 5:00 am on the day of collectionand must be stored indoord between collection days.
