Public Hearing Notice September 9

A Public Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in Council Chambers so that Council may hear representations from persons who believe their interest in property is affected by a proposed amendment to Zoning Bylaw No. 1750.
Location: 702 - 8th Avenue
Bylaw: Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 Amendment Bylaw No. 216, Bylaw No. 2384, 2019
Purpose: The applicant wishes to rezone their property (702 - 8th Avenue) from R1 - Single Family Residential to R1SL - Single Family Residential Small Lot. This would give the applicant the option of future subdivision into two small lots.

The deadline for written submissions is 4:00 p.m., MONDAY September 9, 2019. No representation will be received by Council after the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
