Considering the opportunity for an outdoor patio for your restaurant or licensed establishment? Application deadline is March 3, 2017 at 4:00pm.
Previously owned licence of occupation agreements expired in the fall of 2016 must be renewed prior to any opening a patio in 2017. Please notify the City of your intent to operate an outdoor patio for the upcoming season before March 15, 2017. Please contact the Planning Department at 250.423.6817 for information.
