Public Hearing OCP Amendment

The public is advised Council will consider an amendment to the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2231 to replace Schedule L, 200 Year Flood Hazard DPA map with a new revised 200 Year Flood Hazard DPA map at the Regular Council meeting Monday, April 11, 2016 at 7pm in Council Chambers. Anyone wishing to address the bylaw amendment will be given an opportunity at the Public Hearing. Written submissions to cityhall@fernie.ca must be received NO LATER THAN 5:00PM, MONDAY, APRIL 11, 2016 to ensure their availability to Council at the Public Hearing.
