Notice is given that Council for the City of Fernie will consider the following Development Variance Permit Application in an Informal Hearing at the Regular Council meeting on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 7:00pm in Council Chambers. 501-3rd Avenue.
Development Variance Permit No. 382 (2 Sunniva Drive). The purpose of the application is to vary the minimum rear yard setback as set out in Section 4.2.2.4 of the Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 from 7.5m to 2.0m for a single family detached dwelling.
