Development Variance Permit No. 368

The purpose of Development Variance Permit No. 368 is to legalize the siting of the existing single detached dwelling unit and vary the setback and step projection requirements of Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 to facilitate construction of a proposed front entrance addition to the existing single detached dwelling.

Whitetail Drive Highway Closure and Removal of Highway Dedication, Bylaw No. 2274, 2015

Bylaw No. 2274 proposes to close to traffic and remove from highway dedication unimproved areas of Whitetail Drive (east of Spruce Place).
