Open House DCC Update

We are hosting a Community Open House to provide information regarding the Development Cost Charge (DCC) Bylaw update! DCCs are fees levied to help pay for the cost of expanding and upgrading roads, water systems, parks and wastewater infrastructure.  A comprehensive review and update has been taking place throughout the past year.  We've had input from the development community and public and our consultant's are ready to present the changes.

When:   Monday, January 5, 2015 (6pm - 8pm)
Where:  Senior Citizen Drop In Centre (562 - 3rd Avenue)
(Light refreshments provided).

Consultants and staff will be on hand to explain the outcomes of the update and how they might impact growth in Fernie.  We hope to see you there!
