Notice is given under s. 94 of the Community Charter, that the Council of the City of Fernie will consider adopting Cedar Avenue Highway Closure and Removal of Highway Dedication Bylaw No. 2546, 2026 at the Regular Council Meeting held at the Fernie Senior Citizens Drop-In Centre, 562 3rd Avenue, Fernie BC V0B 1M0, on April 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
Pursuant to Section 40(3)(b) of the Community Charter, any persons who consider they are affected by the bylaw are invited to make representations to Council through written submissions outlined below.
PROVIDE YOUR WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS:
Public input will be accepted through written submission and must be submitted before 2:00 p.m. the day of the Council Meeting (April 28, 2026) where the Bylaw will be considered for adoption by any of the following formats:
