Notice is given that the Council of the City of Fernie intends to enter into a lease agreement with Fernie Child Care Society (FCCS) for a portion of the Max Turyk Community Centre at 897 Mt Washburn St, Fernie, BC, for the purpose of educational instruction/teaching. The lease will supersede and replace an existing lease to the FCCS, on the following terms:
