Notice is given that the Council of the City of Fernie intends to modify an existing lease agreement for the lands at 302 Pine Avenue, Fernie BC, pursuant to s. 26 of the Community Charter, to set a commencement deadline of December 31, 2026, and extend the deadline for substantial completion to December 31, 2029, for construction of an affordable housing and child care development on the following terms:
