190 Whitetail Drive Construction Update

The City has received a number of resident inquiries regarding earthworks, dust, and construction activity associated with the development currently underway at 190 Whitetail Drive.
The developer has advised that they are targeting completion of site paving by the end of October, which is expected to substantially reduce dust from ongoing earthworks. Some additional construction activity, including curbs, sidewalks, and other site improvements, will continue after paving is complete.
We have shared concerns raised by nearby residents with the developer and will continue to work with them to reduce construction-related impacts as work progresses.
