Notice of Intent - Partnering Agreement

The City of Fernie intends to enter into a partnering agreement pursuant to S. 24 of the Community Charter. The agreement would provide assistance to the Fernie & District Historical Society (FDHS) for the provision of a municipal service, being Heritage Services and Museum Services, from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
The consideration to be received by the City is operational continuity during the period identified above.

This notice is being given in accordance with Section 94 of the Community Charter.
