The City of Fernie intends to dispose of a portion of its interests in land by entering into a lease agreement:
Lessor: Conseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique.
Location: A portion of the lands at Max Turyk Community Centre, 897 Mt Washburn St., Fernie BC.
Term: August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2029.
Rate: $3247.92+GST/month with a 3% annual increase.
