2023 Citizen Satisfaction Survey

The 2023 Citizen Satisfaction Survey is now open. Click here to access the online survey.
The Citizen Satisfaction Survey allows citizens to give feedback on key community issues, services and programs. The survey results will be provided to Council and the public in January 2024, prior to the budget process, to help shape important decisions and long-term planning.
The survey will take a few moments to complete, and participation allows for a chance to win one of three $100 local gift cards.
How to Participate:
Each household in the City of Fernie has been mailed a unique pin code and instructions on taking the survey. Additional pin codes can be requested by calling 403-209-4110 if more than one household member would like to participate.
