Pursuant to Section 499 of the Local Government Act, public notice is hereby given that Council for the City of Fernie will consider the issuance of Development Variance Permit No. DVP-471 for property located at 3 Mt Trinity Avenue at a Regular Meeting of Council on MONDAY, September 14, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the FERNIE COMMUNITY CENTRE located at 902 Highway 3.
