Earlier this month we celebrated the official ground breaking for the new Pine Avenue Child Care and Affordable Housing Project that will deliver 98 new childcare spaces and 27 housing units for our community. -
Rainfall Impact Advisory: Wastewater Bypass Remains Open

Despite the break in rainfall, we are still seeing very elevated wastewater flows, requiring the emergency wastewater bypass to the Elk River to remain open to prevent a system overload.
