Water Slide Re-Opening

The long-awaited repairs to the water slide are complete at the Fernie Aquatic Centre.
The water slide has been closed since 2021 due to structural issues with the slide tower that made it unsafe for use.
The City would like to extend appreciation for the patience and understanding demonstrated by the community during the extended slide closure. We are excited to be re-opening the slide for the public to enjoy.
Join us at Bubble Mania, a family fun-filled event, from 6:30 - 8:00 pm to celebrate the re-opening of the slide!
