Notice of Zoning Bylaw Amendment - Bylaw No. 2507

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Bylaw to amend Zoning Bylaw No.1750 has been scheduled for first, second and third reading on TUESDAY, April 9th, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the Senior Citizens Drop In Centre located at 562 – 3rd Avenue, Fernie, BC.

Legal Description: Lot 6, Block 41, District Lot 4588, Kootenay District, Plan 734A

Bylaw: Bylaw 2507, cited as Zoning Bylaw No. 1750, Amendment Bylaw No. 271, Bylaw No. 2507, 2023.

Purpose: The applicant wishes to rezone their property from R1 – Single Family Residential to R1SL – Single Family Residential Small Lot. The proposed zoning allows for the applicant to subdivide the subject property.
