Cancelled: October 23 Council Meetings

The Committee of the Whole and Regular Council meetings scheduled for Monday, October 23, 2017 have been cancelled in accordance with Section 5(3)(a) of Council Procedure Bylaw No. 1956.

Both meetings have been rescheduled for Monday, October 30, 2017.
