Notice is given that Council will hear representations from the public at the Regular meeting on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 7:00pm in Council Chambers at 501 - 3rd Avenue, Fernie, BC regarding Development Variance Permit Application No. 398 to vary the minimum side yard setback as set out in Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 along a portion of the northwest property at 1622 - 7th Avenue (Best Western).
