Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers at Fernie City Hall, 501 - 3rd Avenue, Fernie BC for the purpose of hearing representations from the public concerning:

Bylaw No. 2288, an amendment to Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2231.  The Official Community Plan Bylaw amendment proposes to replace Schedule L: 200 Year Flood Hazard DPA Flood Hazard Areas map with a new Schedule L, Flood Hazard Areas map.
