Tips for Participating in Council Meetings

Regular Council and Committee of the Whole Meetings are held in Council Chambers at City Hall, 501 3rd Avenue, and are conducted by in-person and electronic means in accordance with Council Procedures Bylaw No. 1956 and Ministerial Order M192.
Meetings are open to public attendance through Zoom webinar and are streamed via Facebook Live. Videos of past meetings are available for your convenience.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are not able to support in-person public attendance at this time. The City is pleased to offer public input at Regular Meetings of Council through electronic and telephone options.
