Request for Proposals - Alpine Trails Booster Pump Improvements

The Corporation of the City of Fernie (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents in accordance with the procurement and contracting requirements described within this RFP, for the investigation and development and implementation of a mitigation strategy for the replacement or repair of the existing high flow pump motor at the Alpine Trails booster pump station (ATBS). The City believes that selection of a qualified proponent is critical to the success or failure of a project and interested parties are advised the intent of this Request for Proposal is to select the successful proponent based on criteria deemed most advantageous to the City.

Proposals marked “Alpine Trails Booster Pump Improvements” will be received via email at cityhall@fernie.ca up to 2:00PM local time, June 23, 2021 for the provision of services for the repair or replacement of the high flow booster pump motor at the Alpine Trails Booster Station (ATBS).

The City of Fernie reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal for any reason whatsoever without any liability to the City of Fernie.

NOTE: It is the Proponent’s responsibility to check the City’s website or BC Bid for any addenda.
