Public notice is hereby given that Council for the City of Fernie will consider Development Variance Permit No. 420 at the regular meeting to be held on Monday, June 25, 2018 in Council Chambers, City Hall, 501-3rd Avenue, Fernie BC.

LOCATION:

632 - 6th Avenue 

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Parcel A (see 163737I) of Lot 9, Block 49, District Lot 4588, Kootenay District, Plan 734A 

PURPOSE:

To vary the side-yard setbacks and front-yard setback as set out in Section 4.2.1.4 of Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 and eave projections as set out in Section 3.8.4(b) of Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 to allow for the renovation of the existing home, including a raised foundation and 2nd-storey addition.
