Bylaw No. 2342: Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2231, Amendment No. 7, Bylaw No. 2342, 2018

Purpose: To update the Official Community Plan bylaw and and Zoning bylaw to include lands in West Fernie. In addition, changes are being proposed to the Official Community Plan, Flood Hazard Development permit area city-wide. 

Bylaw No. 2341: Zoning Bylaw No. 1750, Amendement No. 199, Bylaw No. 2341, 2018

Purpose: To update the zoning bylaw to include the lands in West Fernie following the recent municipal boundary extension.

Informal Hearings for Development Variance Permits

DVPA-418 - 17 Mt Klauer to vary minimum front yard setback, maximum step projection and maximum eave projection along west property line.

DVPA-419 - 31 Ridgemont Avenue  to vary minimum front yard setback and maximum eave projection along the southeast property line.
