Public Hearing Rescheduled

Notice is hereby given that the Public Hearing originally scheduled for Monday, March 26, 2018 at 7:00PM is rescheduled to April 23, 2018 at 7:00PM so that Council may hear representations from persons who believe their interest in property is affected by a proposed amendment to Zoning Bylaw No. 1750:

Bylaw No. 2339:

Zoning Bylaw No. 1750, Amendment No. 197, Bylaw

No. 2339, 2018.

PURPOSE:  Rezone a 1407 square metre portion of the subject property from P2 – Parks and Open Space to R1 – Single Family Residential. This rezoning would bring the property’s zoning into conformance with the Official Community Plan (OCP) “Neighbourhood Residential” land use designation.
