West Fernie - Letters Patent

Notice is hereby given that effective December 18, 2017 the letters patent of the Corporation of the City of Fernie were amended to extend the area of the City of Fernie to include the area of West Fernie. The Corporation of the City of Fernie shall comprise all that tract of land, together with all foreshore and land covered by water, consisting of 1 560.00 hectares within the boundaries as shown on Schedule 1 to the Letters Patent of the Corporation of the City of Fernie.
Letters Patent and Schedule 1 map of the boundary description may be viewed at the offices of the City of Fernie, 501 – 3rd Avenue, Fernie, BC during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, except Statutory Holidays.
